Note:

1. When obtaining these bidding documents, it is necessary to obtain the signature of the BAC Chairperson at the BWC Office, situated in the BWC Building within the BGC Compound in Cotabato City.

2. Additionally, a payment of PHP 5,000.00 must be made to the BWC Cashier. The official receipt for this payment will subsequently be appended to the Bidding Documents as evidence of payment.
